Alan is a Notary Public in the State of Maryland. He is a Certified Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent who provides notarization services for real estate loan closings.

Most closings take place in the comfort and convenience of the client’s home. Closings can also be done in client’s offices, settlement offices, real estate offices or other business locations. Alan works primarily in Frederick, Montgomery, Carroll, Washington, and Howard counties in Maryland but is also available in other counties as needed.

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a Notary Public who has been contracted by a lender, title, or escrow company to oversee the signing of loan documents and notarize those pages within the package that need notarization. NSAs are self-employed and do not work for the lender, title, or escrow company directly. They are hired to be an impartial member of the signing process who must also be able to notarize documents as instructed.

Alan is a certified Notary Signing Agent who has been professionally background screened and is covered by Errors and Omissions insurance.
