I am a new Loan Signing Agent. I have thirty plus years in the communications industry. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in communications from the University of Cincinnati. Upon graduating from college, I immediately moved to New York City to jump start my career. As a young professional I took advantage of many opportunities to learn and grow. I spent all my career working with people in a call center environment in a management position. I spent the best part of my career as an Area Manager with our local newspaper supervising the carriers that delivered the newspapers in the early AM. I have had hundreds of face-to-face conversations with happy and unhappy customers which
helped me to gain an empathic ear and thick skin. I was then and still am the best at what I do because I care. When there is an issue, I resolve it immediately making me the go-to-per person among my peers because, I specialize in results.
