I am able to travel and serve you in a large area surrounding Azle, Texas. I am familiar with areas as far as Possom Kingdom, Texas.
I know how to locate a home in new subdivisions and homes in remote rural areas where other notaries might not feel comfortable traveling to as well as not being on GPS like so many homes and lots at Bridgeport Lake.
I do have a dual tray laser printer, Sharp MX-M365. I also have a mobile scanner and the Sharp has scanning capabilities.

I will meticulously go over each document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I will also triple-check the Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure they are also filled out properly and the initials are in the 1003.

If on the rare occasion I make a mistake I will fix it ASAP.
I have located FedEx office locations in the counties surrounding me and their shipping deadlines.
I am aware of the importance of a mistake-free set of documents, its relation to deadlines, and what it can potentially cost a deal if errors cause a rate lock to be lost.

My schedule is flexible and I am always available on days/times many people can not be such as holidays, weekends, early mornings, and late signings.
