Hello, my name is Ulyssa Spencer. I am transitioning from years of teaching in the school system to a different type of public official. I have been a Notary Public since October 2020 and have completed many signings since then. As a notary signing agent, I know the value of completing a signing correctly, the first time. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can be detrimental. It could cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow or even lead to funding conditions; therefore, I try my best not to miss any dates, initials, signatures, or stamps. I triple check my work to make sure that All of the forms return filled out, whether that be the statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly, I know how to fill these forms out and let’s be honest, most signing agents don’t. I also know I need to call you first if there is a typo on the loan docs. I don’t just cross out and initial without permission. I also make it a point to get your documents in FedEx/UPS the same day. I prioritize getting your docs dropped over my next appointment and I manage my schedule so that won’t be an issue. I say that to say, if I take a signing from you, then I will represent you with excellence by being on time, no excuses and I always factor in traffic.
