In my direct experience, I’ve been able to negotiate a reasonable Fee for the Professional Services required on the Signing Order proffered by Signing Services [SSs].
There continue to be a few wherein negotiation for a reasonable Fee didn’t transpire.
As @chandie.kent 
noted on another thread, don’t agree to Low-Ball Fees and essentially pay the SS to complete the closing.
