This year you should have the goal of never asking for table scraps again from the signing agencies. When they get paid $200 - $500 for a signing and offer you $30 well it’s time for us to make a change in the industry. I went the whole year of 2023 refusing to work with the signing agencies and focused on taking that business back by offering white glove service. The truth is that it is slow-going but productive work that pays 7 times what they are offering. The next wave of refinancing is almost upon us, once the rates drop to save those new home-owners >$120 per month. Take our business back from these greedy agencies and keep the money in your pockets.

I totally agree with you. I have not accepted a loan closing assignment from a signing agency for many years.
