Over the past month, I’ve been receiving emails from two signing platforms—HireNotary. com and USA-SigningAgent. com. (links broken by admin to prevent cookies from these sites being traced back to Notary Cafe, leading to more messages to our users). They’re unfamiliar to me, and I’m curious whether other notaries have worked with them.
Initially, I began registering with one of the platforms, thinking it would be beneficial to be listed on multiple sites. However, after entering my general information, I was immediately directed to a payment page requesting my credit card details. This caught me off guard. I paused the registration and reviewed their previous emails, but none of the introductory communications mentioned a $48 monthly membership fee. I’ve since reached out to them for clarification.
Given that experience, I’m hesitant to proceed with the second platform. The lack of transparency feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, which I find concerning. I’m reaching out to the community to learn if others have had similar experiences with these companies or others like them.
Has anyone here interacted with HireNotary.com or USA-SigningAgent.com? ? I’d appreciate any insights.
