Strange to see that number. Not familiar with ENS either. So I just counter offer. Haven’t received an accepted counter yet. Oh well. Maybe I should counter with a number ending in 9.

They used the wrong zip code, so turns out I would never go that far anyway. And turns out I knew the title company and the service by a different name so it’s all good. Although $79 is a weird number.
Aloha, Yes, I limit my driving also out here in Sacramento county, CA.
I will cover 6 counties it’s a huge area. But the further I go the more I charge. Some very rural areas simply don’t have local LSA.
