I’ve done about 190 signings for them in 3 years. Never had an issue with them. They pay a little slowly about 6 week to 8 weeks by ACH. Unfortunately most of their business is loan modifications and they have a lot of them. I always bid higher than they’re offering and appreciate when I win a bid.
