ALERT: Elite mobile notary - they don't pay

I just did a signing for ELITE MOBILE NOTARY. I fallowed all instructions, and also confirmed with signers that they should have Valid identifications with them. When I got to the appointment one of the signers was not home, but I waited for him, because I am always patient and friendly with signers.

I waited for 15 minutes but when the signer was home he tells me he does not have a valid identification. He had an expired passport.

I was still willing to complete the Notarization as long as his wife had a valid identification to use her as credible witness, but she did not found her passport.

after 30 minutes total of waiting the signers were very sorry because I went to the appointment for nothing. They were very nice. I said no problem, its okay.

I wrote notes on snapdocs explaining to ELITE MOBILE NOTARY what happen with the signing. I let them know that I printed and went to the signing appointment.

ACTION: I JUST GOT REMOVED OF THE SIGNING WITH 0.00 PAYMENT !:face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I was doing that signing for them for $80

at least I expected a travel fee and print fee as usual with other companies, so I called them thinking they did not read the notes that I posted.

THEY NOT ONLY DID NOT PAY ME FOR THAT SIGNING, BUT ALSO WERE VERY RUDE TO ME JUST BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO PAY.

I seriously don’t understand why they do this!

I WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN FOR THIS COMPANY!!![:sob::sob:|:rage:

My beautiful Notaries STAY AWAY from this company, is not worth having to put up with this.

You may find it helpful to perform a quick Search of the Notary Cafe database of each potential client when they call/text to vet them/check for financial viability before the appointment date.

There are multiple threads identifying that this company DOESN’T PAY.

NOTE: Some members say that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Magnifying Glass for the Search of the Notary Cafe database. I’ve provided an image (below) to assist you in finding it.

Happy you shared this because I am waiting on a payment from them, guess i can stop waiting. I would never work for them again, they never and the phone nor emails. When they did finally email back they said 45-60, its going on the second month. I don’t live far from where it says they’re located, I’ll definitely be taking that drive if i dont receive my payment.

ALWAYS CALL YOUR CLIENT then follow up in writing on any issues with a signing. LEAVE A MESSAGE if no answer. MOST client instructions request we CALL with any issues. They even provide during and after hours numbers for this reason. It’s not clear on what your instructions stated, but what I am saying is most common. CYA! Hope this helps!
