Today I received another assignment request from a person named AMANDA ROSE, and according to her she found my profile on Notary Cafe. Is this another scam? Have someone heard about her?
Never heard of her. I get requests all the time from people who got my name from Signing Agent. I just ignore them. I don’t do business with anyone I have not signed up with.
Agreed with you Chris, real estate developments or lawyers that call me direct asking for my service and how much I would charge, then I know they are legit and serious about it. When they mention who they are, immediately I search them. This Amanda Rose just sent a strange email with no info, only asking she’s interested in my service. My email dejected immediately as spam.
