I had the same problem. But the best way to contact them is via email.

I had a conversation with Mavsign and was told they have new owners. I’d worked with them for 10+ years and enjoyed the work. In our conversation I talked about their notary fee being stagnant for the 10+ years that we’ve worked together and if I could get a fee increase. They are not increasing fees.
