Anyone signed for Premier Notary Service

Wondering if anyone has signed for Premier Notary Service before. Still waiting on pay from them from October 11th. Guessing I got scammed and hoping it isn’t so.

@spectrumcapitalwealthplanning Here are a few threads from the database:

Thanks for this info. I figured this was the case. I am now wondering if signingorder.com provides more non paying companies so I just told them I won’t do business with them. This is a sad state for NSA’s who want to earn a decent side income when you don’t know who to trust.

@spectrumcapitalwealthplanning If you’d like to be strategic about who you work with, Research the Notary Cafe database utilizing the following keywords:

WARNING
CAUTION
NON-PAYMENT
NO PAY
DEADBEAT
etc.

When you see multiple entries on a thread OR multiple threads warning others . . . ===>>> Create a New Contact in your Contacts Listing for each “deadbeat” business entity.

This will enable you to promptly see the callers to accept (or not).

The Lead Term in the New Contacts Name could start with the following:

  • NO!
  • DEADBEAT
  • NON-PAYER
  • PAYMENT AFTER 60 BUSINESS DAYS
    Etc.

If you take the time to create these entries, it will save you an IMMENSE amount of time & effort. Your ‘Decision Process’ will be minimalized down to only business entities that are VALID clients OR new potential clients to VET thoroughly PRIOR TO providing professional services.

Use the available tools to BEST ADVANTAGE your business!

P.S. When I say “callers” above, that could be an actual phone call OR it could be a business entity reaching out via an APP or text . . .

Regardless, you’ll have an easy-reference “list” of those to accept (or not) already in your phone (which is always at your fingertips).

Premier Notary service on notary rotary shows 4 stars. What is their pay policy? Some companies are net 45 days.

As an update to my recent question on Premier Notary Service, I received a check for full payment today so while it is more than the stated 30 days, with mailing time it is on time. Wanted all of you to know.

That’s not an unusual pay lag. But I’ve never heard of them.

I have done 2 for them 1 in Oct and 1 in Nov, it’s 45 days, I think they are counting business days.

It’s 45 days from signing date, but I think it’s counting business days.

I rec’d payment last week from Premier, I believe them to be reputable.

I had recently did a signing for Premier Notary Services this past May, 2025, and they mailed me a check. They do pay.

Same here. I work for them often, and when they say the check is in the mail, they mean that quite literally. For folks used to regular 2-week pay checks, notary work is NOT that. If you can live with that, then this work is great; however, I would never leave my full-time job to pursue this full-time.

Sometimes this becomes full time by accident. I loved my job, was there 21 years, COVID disappeared it. So I searched and I searched and I searched and I got my commission because I thought - well it’ll be something. And then I took early retirement because I was living on my 401K.

After almost 6 years I’m doing okay. But when I started in ‘21 I was so busy I couldn’t keep up. Then everybody decided to be a loan signing agent and it got a little rougher. But it’s changing again as people drop out. My volume is okay. My accounts receivable is okay. I’m selective but open to new services. I raise my rates every Spring. I can’t complain but we still have a story or two.

October 11th is only 9 days ago. I wouldn’t panic quite yet

This became full time for me well before I planned it to. I DID plan on this being my career path it just didn’t unfold on my timeline or my plan.

Your description reminded me of the Author & Journalist (Allan Saunders) who said in 1957: “Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans

Of course, the famous songwriter & singer (John Lennon) popularized it in his song “Beautiful Boy:” “Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans

Throughout life I’ve learned that sometimes a sidetrack turns out to be the actual track . . . :joy::woman_shrugging:

Spot on quotes, they resonate very loudly!

yes they pay good, but like Caroline S carolsmithntry explained an incident that occurred which she feels may have caused her to lose ‘Premium Notary’ because of an unforeseen circumstance, I think I may also been removed from their list. I did 2 orders for them the same day, one went smoothly but the second one I had technical issues with my scanner and the scan backs were delayed, the closing was on the same day and they kept on contacting me for status it was 175 pages. It seems they have little flexibility or tolerance for unforeseen issues that may arise in completing their assignments.
