Hello, do states issue apostilles for RON documents without issues? I am in FL. Thank you
My state, Vermont, has a page that explains their service. There is no mention of being able to handle an electronic document. Also, payment must be by check or money order, not credit card. So it isn’t clear how you would pay electronically.
You mentioned in another thread that you are in Florida…I’d suggest you contact the SOS as they may have special requirements to handle this aside from the traditional process. I’ve contacted them before and they are very responsive.
