I know it is slow on the loan signing side across the nation! If you are an artist, try creating arts and sell them on NFT platforms! Someone sold one piece of their arts for $60 millions! My family and friends have been bugging me to sell my digital fashion designs on NFT platforms which I am going to look into:). We shall see!
