Yes, I have completed several closings for them. They are also known as Armour Settlement Services. They are legit and they do pay but there are times (with me) they have been slow to pay. I sent several emails asking about the payment that was due and did not get a response. I called the KSS office and the lady told me her “boss” took care of making payments and that she would refer.
