Although, as it’s said within the financial industry/Wall Street - past results do not necessarily reflect the future potential returns on the investment . . .
Certain regions can be wildly frenetic while others are blatantly dull & lifeless. This could be due to the lack of professional signing agent saturation (for one or a few to be quite busy) or it could be due to the focus of a lender or title/escrow company “mining” that region.
We’ll never know for certain.
It’s important to always make the proverbial hay while the sun shines.
