Back in January I had a lot going on, I passed a kidney stone, my car broke down a couple of times all related to the original “repair”, my kid got sick in school so I had to cancel a couple of appointments because I didn’t have a choice and some of the companies I’m working for were completely understanding and supportive and some of them told me I got a couple of bad reviews saying “I cancel at last minute, do NOT use him”. This one lady I work with since I started called me and asked me what happened and if I knew about it cuz she never had a problem with me, have you gotten a bad review you didn’t deserve??
;I don’t know if I ever heard about it. If I have to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, I call the scheduler or company direct because to me the remove me from this signing feature seems to give a worse vibe. Have you tried calling the company and asking them to remove negative comments? If it’s a one-off thing to cancel I’d probably try that.

I called them with plenty of time, the only one that was kind of close was when my car broke down 2 hours before the appointment. I don’t know which companies gave me those bad reviews. I didnt know anything about it until another title company asked me what happened.
Stuff happens. I was involved in head-on collision 2019 and unconscious so did not call anyone. Company was very forgiving when they found out what happened and no bad remarks on my profile. Had excellent history with company in past. Perhaps some companies not so forgiving.

I don’t know why bad reviews aren’t shared. I would like to know if any reviews. It’s an opportunity for improvement.

Things do go awry from time-to-time. We manage the very best that we can with the options that are available at that point in time . . .

That’s what I mean some companies are very understanding and supportive and some seem to be so “strict”, my work ethic is very strong and I take things very seriously but life does happens
