Some of those will identify theyâre âreceiving large feesâ for the Signing Orders [SOs] as a Professional Signing Agent [PSA]. This is said in an effort to generate interest in them or in a business theyâre endeavoring to launch. OR, theyâll advocate for you to accept low fees (to increase their portion of the Profit).
