I’ve always used Notary Public Underwriters, Tallahassee, FL to purchase renewal package every 4 years. But now they don’t include the county filing. I can get surety bond, then get county filing, then purchase E&O; it just seems process is fragmented. NNA is quite expensive. Wondering what source other notaries use to renew.
Start with your state Department of Licensing and/or your Secretary of State. One of them is usually responsible for issuing your commission.

Same answer. Your DOL and/or SOS can issue and renew.
