I too, am trying to get Evolve Mortgage to pay for my services on a signing completed in February 2023. So far, despite my numerous emails with a company rep who keeps informing me they are checking into the matter, I still haven’t received payment. If I don’t follow up (via email or phone) no one takes initiative to follow up with me. This is definitely giving me a bad feeling about this company. It seems they are in no hurry to reconcile the debt; that’s if they intend to do so at all.
They owe me for 10 signings which they paid someone else with the same name in a different state.
