Refi today. This document is confusing me. Who signs where?
If it’s a refi they are the seller/borrower. If I am confused about those I call the Title Company. It’s better than taking anyone else’s word on it. And most title companies I work with appreciate a notary that asks instead of guessing. That’s my two cents.

A refi generally wouldn’t have a seller.

For a Refi the borrower will sign where it says “by” and you will notarize the signature(s)

If it is a refi, your borrower signs where it says “Borrower” …make sure the notary portion is compliant with your state requirements, as I note there is no venue included, which is odd.
