I see the disbursement date is stated on the closing disclosure. So does the option signer select on the CPDICD change the disbursement day ? The 2 options are confusing to me. Can someone fully explain them here? I would appreciate it
Do quite a few Seller pkgs. from CA and have never been told to change the disbursement date. BUT, to get a better answer, I’d call the SS or TC who hired you.
