I was told i had missed initials on a right to cancel. Nope, all copies were fine. Finally spoke with someone from the service. Someone else had reviewed my package and bounced it. I was told several lenders now want initials above the closing date and the deadline date. Just a heads up.
That’s not new it’s lender specific and the firm has a line that says “initials”. It’s also usually in the instructions from that lender.
