6 signings a week for 75-85 is not much
well that good for your area

this week I did 7 signings at $75, 3 at $100 and 5 at $125. The $125 signings are rate and term only with no scanbacks for a new client I picked up because of my ranking on Snapdocs-which is high because of my CTC $75 signings (client and lender feedback, response rate). So this week, which is the slower week for signings as you know, I made $1450- and $525 of this was from CTC. I’ll take it.
