Has anyone worked with Coastal Closings out of S. Florida? It may be just my cop intuition, but something’s not sitting right with me.
I’ve not worked for them, but I do get a lot of requests from them. The fees are too low, in my area $30 to travel 15 miles and two notarial acts is actually losing money.
My Spidey sense tingles about them as well
