Yes.
What is the typical size?
This varies based on the lender & title company requirements.
How much is the usual fee?
Varies per region of the county & package size.
As a general rule, I quote these packages the same as a Refinance or Purchase. There are times that the package may be smaller, but on average takes about the same amount of time.

I figured it would vary Are they “generally” about the same size as refi’s, 150-200 pages and “generally” the same amount of Notarizations in the pkg? Are they less than Reverse Mortgages then?
Regarding package size, I’ve had some that were 150+ and some that were 75 pages . . . Truly, there is no way to know for certain, unless the hiring party is already cognizant of the package size and shares that data with you.
There are approximately the same amount of notarizations.
