Yesterday, while browsing facebook I saw another Notary trying to duplicate “Mark Willis” marketing concept. She had created a tik tock video, hyping the income potential of being a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent. It’s amazing since the dropped in the volume of loan orders, some LSAs are trying to take advantage of people hopes of finding ways to earn extra income. That’s all we need, misleading more people to join a crowded industry with the hopes of making hundreds or thousands of dollars. I don’t disagree with anyone trying to offer workshops, but at least be ethical and truthful.

One would think that the ethics of a Notary Public [NP]/Professional Signing Agent [PSA] would PRECLUDE them from voluntary engagement in this type of hawking of misleading wares . . .
