New to what may I ask?
New to being a loan signing agent, going through the ups and downs in the market.
Creative Signings is still in business, I did 3 timeshare closings forbthem last month. Did sebd out lowball offers, but I countered for $85-$115. People assume that SA are taking these jobs for $55 but I always counter, sometimes they accept and sometimes they dont.
