Who told you that? I literally just messaged Desi Hammond at Creative Signings and she said they are still in business. I do 1-2 a month for them here in Hawaii. All timeshares.

Google search shows them “Permanently Closed”…IF this is the one in Encinitas, CA

If you are so tight with them tell them to pay my invoice from 4/16/2024

The numbers I tried were 951-213-4383 and 760-632-1141

The 951 number still works. Try again.

Their payment terms in their policy contract is 45-60 net. I did a job on 4-11-2024 and will be paid via e-check in the first week of June. You need to read each companies payment terms on the snapdocs platform, they all are different.

I spoke to them about a closing I did in June they said it was 60 day pay and I wouldn’t be paid until the 60 day pay.

They’re still in business trying to take advantage of new notaries with $30 signings. Companies that pay $30 and try and play net-30 games need to removed from the platform. After calculating expenses this isn’t even minimum wage in any of the 50 sates. First they offer $30, then $40 and then $55.

@wpnotary Thank you for sharing your direct experience.:beach_umbrella:

Helpful to know!

In my opinion those payment terms are unacceptable at least for me anyway. Up to 60 days to pay, no way, not when I have to jump through so many hoops to satisfy so many parties. I require payment when the loan funds. Everybody has to run their business the way they see fit…just offering my two cents before it’s only worth one cent! kk peace! :sunglasses:
