CRM Global has hired me for the 3rd time - there is zero notarization in this work, it is a company that sends us out to verify that businesses are secure enough to be trusted with credit reports.

They offer $45 and they say IT WILL BE A 15 MINUTE assignment. Don’t believe them. There is no way in hell it could be a 15 minute visit because they have a 6 page form of questions for the business to fill out, plus you take pictures of the business, plus you scan back the 6 page questionnaire and upload the pictures you took. $45 per one hour of work.

That said, I took this 3rd one because it was four minutes from my house and I emailed the customer the 6 pages of questions in advance, so they could fill them out.

I thought I’d share this in case anyone else falls for their minimizing the amount of work it is by saying it will only take 15 minutes. It’s not true.

I concur with you! Companies that perform business and residential properties inspections are good at doing the same thing too. I had a company asked me to visit auto dealerships, take 5 up to 6 pictures and complete a questionnaire for a fee of $15. I did a residence that was a few blocks from my house. It was like working for minimum wages, when I performed an auto dealership. Not enough volume to fill in the gaps, while performing loan signing assignments.

Any company offering those kind of appointments I always charge way more than they offer. Sometimes I get it, sometimes someone else does. For my region, there’s not enough of them to worry much.
