CykiX - unable to find contact info

Has anyone worked with CykiX. I was looking for their address and further contact information before I took an assignment but was not able to locate any information.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I recently completed a signing for them. They paid as agreed, I was given the lender’s info to call as needed. This is CyKix email address [email protected]. They were responsive to any questions that I had, contacted them thorugh SnapDocs dashboard.

Absolutely love working for these guys. Have done dozens of them. Never an issue.

CykiX Chris Ellis is not responding to messages on Snapdocs, text messages or emails.

Took a job in January got paid in May. Don’t know that I’d do that again.

I must’ve lucked out. Have worked with them only one time, 6/22/2024. Payment received 7/17/2024.

DO NOT TAKE SIGNING ASSIGNMENTS FROM CYKIX - Chris Ellis. He is not responding to an calls or emails and will not pay you. I will be filing a small claims case against him next week.

He is stealing service from notaries and not paying them. I have reported him to Snap Docs.

Please post something about your experience with Chris Ellis and how he is stealing from notaries.

I did one in January sort of forgot about it. Was clearing my report so I sent an inquiry asking for status if payment and received payment. 5 months later but that was my fault I didn’t really pay attention until I noticed I had not closed the order with a pay date.

He has not responded to any Snapdocs messages and it’s been impossible to contact him by phone. He did not pay me for 2 appts completed 3 months ago now. Snapdocs advised to block the company from receiving notifications but what about payment? I don’t think they should allow these type of companies to utilize their platform to only scam agents.

I too, have not been paid for 2 signings I completed for him 3 months ago. Snapdocs has tried reaching out as well. He is not responding nor is he paying.

this is the point. Snapdocs should let us leave comments about compaines bc compaines can leave them about us. Now we arent being paid and snapdocs does nothing. I want this guy banned from snapdocs. lets draft something for snapdocs demanding this company be banned

Now this is where I’m at. I agree that Snapdocs should no longer allow a company to utilize their platform if they are faulty. That looks bad all the way around for everyone involved. We tried emailing him with the above referenced email but no response. His voicemail is full and he’s not responding to emails… so what’s next? Snapdocs says if the company doesn’t use VendorPay then there’s not much they can do.

We need to do something… I’m getting apprehensive to except a closing from Snapdocs; unless I have worked with the “company requesting the closing”. Think about it… Just this incident shows us that we have no backup through Sanpdocs. If Snapdocs is unable or unwilling to “vet” this comings we need to take a stand.
