Hello I have been having more issues with Deluxe E-Checks and mobile deposit on my credit Union App… I figured out what to do… If there is too much White under the check RT and Account # your bank will reject it on mobile deposit. But if you cut the white down to about 1/2 a centimeter… yes use a ruler with centimeters…lol then try again and It should be accepted.

Checks are often scanned in using a reader that accepts the checks in a vertical position, the routing & account #s are expected to be within a certain range. If the E check has too much white space on it, the reader misses the numbers.

I just deposited my check to a business account at Chase. Honestly, it took less than a minute.
You have to print at '100%" under printer set up.
And the highest resolution. If you print “to fit” banks reject.
