YES! Reach out to lenders (foreclosures) and insurance companies (damage claims). If your handy, they will even pay you to change locks, cut the grass and do routine or random drive buyās for property checks. Just search āProperty Managementā companies, āProperty Preservationā companies and āField Servicesā companies. ServiceLink (FNF) also provides these types of services and does vendor recruitment.

Well, I accepted a $30 lawn-mowing job from them
but they didnāt disclose the size of the loan package, uhm I mean the size of the lawn! Need to negotiate for fee increase!!ā Wish me luck!
