Do you ever get a document can't be printed error?

Printing a gigantic reverse mortgage and adobe says can’t print the document. The other documents sent by the SS can be printed. So it’s probably a corrupted file or something. I’ve notified the SS I need a corrected file because it’s not my printer.

Anyone ever deal with that? I read the troubleshooting page at adobe but it’s not very helpful and I can’t print as an image and get the right page size.

Geez. Any suggestions?

I’ve gotten this message a couple of times. I click on OK, and the document prints anyway - Go figure! I don’t know if this happened in your case, but it’s worth giving it a try.

Weird my printer won’t bypass to print

The file is probably encripted thats why it won’t print, you need to unlock it or ask the issuer to resend as non-encripted. There is an app called ‘pdf24’ that does that.

It is some kind of document prep file. We are going back and forth to see if it can get fixed. But it’s not my printer. Sent a screen shot of the error message to a new person who responded probably the tech guy. The gal split the legal size into a different file they still printed as letter and viewing the docs show they are letter size so I think it’s the preparers end.

Unbelievable. The worst prepared documents I have ever been sent. And the husband is going to sign everything as he is attorney in fact for the Mrs. And it’s a reverse so that’s like 1200 times. First time for this company - might be the last.
