Greeting my fellow NSAs,
I recently had to replace my document scanner, an old Epsom large format, due to old age. I upgraded to the Epsom ES500w ii scanner and had trouble getting drivers and software installed. After long conversation with Epsom we decided to do a hard reboot and see what happened.
Turns out my relatively new computer needed several updates. It took several hours to update everything and attempt to reinstall the Epsom Driver/Software packages. I’m pleased to report all is well with the new scanner that is lighting quick compared to what I had with the previous model.
Here’s my advice, update your PC or MAC before attempting to install new toys to your system.
