I was cold called by Hugh at Equitable (or Equity) Land Group in Florida to do a closing around the corner. And it pays well. Assuming they pay. Has anyone worked with this company? Issues? Problems? Good news? I’ll take it all.

Well, I gave it a shot. Did the closing Tuesday, received a check Monday. Can’t beat that. And the whole process went as well as I could expect. Based on this single experience, I would recommend them.
