Alta’s hype for this is laughable. “It doesn’t favor specific technology”…the whole thing is about specific unproven varying expensive technology that is only affordable in a volume scale (big tech).
Yes, please pass this into law so we can save some money by getting notarizations done at bargain rack prices while creating a new billionaire big tech CEO…and if anything at all fails, well, it’s the notary’s fault.
