Has someone worked with Field Choice?
How are their packets, high volume of paper?
What’s their fee offer for refinance, loan mod, full purchase?
Recently I signed up with them, and in fee agreement they “suggest” to put my base fee for $65 plus printing cost $20, to have constant offers… of course I put my base for $175 plus printing fee 
I guess they’ve never heard of quality VS quantity… I’m looking for quality, not quantity 
I’ve done only one job for them Refi, normal package but notarizations a bit on the ‘heavier’ side. I had to negotiate from $85 to $100 and they only accepted it once because it was a bit last minute.Any other time I countered I never got it…so, their refi’s start at $85 or at least that was my experience

I’ve worked with them. A rep told me they start at $85 and rhe fee can be negotiated from there. When I propose a higher fee they said has to be approved, I tell them to assign if it’s approved. I think they base it off your rating with them. The better the rating, the higher fee you can get from them.

I put my base fee $175, because $65 is so unrealistic… Regardless how they try “to sell it” as the “basic standard everybody gets”… if others charge $150+ why new agents have to settle for less !?.. at least should have the decency to offer $100-$125
My expenses is the same as the rest… printer wear, toner, paper, scanner, use of my vehicle + gas, education, memberships, my time… etc, etc…
By the way, I got my first offer from them for $95, not $65
