I have finally picked up my first reverse mortage after 6 months. Its looks alot like the VA refi’s I have completed. One thing I noticed is they did not include the pen color in the instrutions. I have sent them an email but I’m thinking to use the standard blue pen to be safe. Anywho, I would like any tips or suggestions to make this is smooth as possible. BTW im in Oklahoma we are not an attorney state 
I always use blue ink. I found a nice color of blue, too, and people remark how nice it is. I’m always looking for ways to be memorable, even with the blue color of my ink. It’s from Waterman and it’s called “Serenity Blue”.
Thank You @Bobby-CA ! I have noticed that people do enjoy a good pen! I even had one client ask me where I got my pens from. My pens are pretty cheap and from Office Depot but I’ve learned that people take note of everything.
