Applied online w/ Budget Notary on 5/9 - downloaded and completed the original app, got statement of character signed and mailed on or about 5/10-5/11; just received word commission and order has shipped
So Florida is about a 2 week processing period for renewals through Budget Notary. (includes creation of stamp too)
