Does anyone have any companies they recommend in the Citrus County area of Florida? I’m starting out new over here.
Your market is NATIONWIDE, not just your home state’s companies.
@btervo526 What I did when I first started out, besides going down the list of companies in Notary Rotary’s Signing Central (hundreds I would imagine at this point in time)…is check my county’s property records - not the tax records but the recorded documents. Most of not all mortgages have a “Return To” listed in the top left corner of the first page…which is the title company or law firm that drafted that Mortgage. I contacted those companies with some success.
I took the liberty of finding the Citrus County info for you - the link follows - search for Mortgage, and put in the recording dates you want. Keep in mind the longer period you ask for the more you’re going to get…I limited it to 3-month intervals. Here is the link
