What would you say has been your best method for approaching businesses and getting direct business? I’ve been kind of nervous to start reaching out.

Best method… just do it! It’s much easier than you think and you might be surprised by how nice some escrow officers are. You can reach out via email and then drop by and introduce yourself. Or just walk in. Remember to always follow up. They might not use you right away but if you stay in their ear, you might have a chance. Good luck!
