Hi Everyone!
My wife and I own On The Doc and are currently located in SW Florida and are bonded, licensed and insured with a $1,000,000 E&O Insurance Policy. We have mainly been doing notarial singing services using Signing Order, SnapDocs, Notary Dash & Notary Go. The business has been doing very well since we opened last year, July 2024. I would like to “graduate” from working with all these 3rd party signing platforms and go direct working with title & escrow companies. Does anyone have any suggestions/advice when making this transition?? Any and all comments are welcome. 
I also would like to mention we are moving from Port Charlotte, FL to Jacksonville, FL to be closer to our daughter. She is deaf and attends a boarding school in St. Augustine, FL. We would like to have her come home every day from school vs. staying in a dorm all week. This is a huge step for not only personal life, but also our business.
