Has anyone worked with Good leap signing service before
They just changed their name to GoodLeap, can’t remember what was there former name. I have a closing from them today Aug 30, 21
Okay I had a signing that was canceled hour before the scheduled time. I hope they pay printing fees.
You need to let them (and anyone else you may contract with) what your fees are for cancellations (how much is your print fee), no signs, loans that are rescinded…period. That needs to be established and agreed to up front with companies…if you signed any agreement with them, they may well not pay a print fee - an hour before the signing they may have just found someone cheaper.
In any event…I’m sorry to hear that happened to you, but you need to set these fees as your “established business practice” and don’t budge
I never signed an agreement. I picked that signing off of signing order. I wish the job board would let you know which company you will be working with. But I am a new signing agent. I will make sure to look over these signings clearly
