Putting work and news on the back burner for a few days because Seahawks game is tomorrow and will be cooking for Sunday and Monday. Last I heard on news anticipating interest rates for home loans going down to approximately 5% around midyear 2024 ~ and anticipation is more home refinancing and sales. Time will tell. Interesting news item this morning from Scottsdale AZ new building products with light weight grouted block materials that are fireproof. Supposedly, cheaper to build those homes.
