Has any one else had issues with Executive signing agents?

I completed signings in December and they have yet to pay or respond to invoices I would recommend avoiding.

If it is the one in Mesa, Arizona, I have done several signings for them and they paid on time. My only issue with them is that they preferred to give the borrower a CD instead of a copy of all documents. They also claimed they gave me an assignment when in fact they did not. They also want to provide the printer, paper CD’s or any related supplies and as a result want to pay a lowball fee. Too many issues to haggle with. I believe they mean welll, but…

There are two companies with a similar name. One is Executive Signing Services (CEO Ty Kempton) at wesign4you.com The other is Executive Notary Services (CEO Tamara Cruz-Steets) at executivenotaryservices.com

I sent them an invoice for 4 closings the previous month and had a check in 3 days.
