Are they just another signing service that promises quality service?
They’re great to work for. They pay out weekly. I haven’t seen a lot of work from them.
First American Title - excellent service. They have a $90 offering that’s auto but you can counter offer.
I have done one signing for them, they don’t seem to have any volume.
Probably depends on region.
They are legit. You cannot view their Notary terms and conditions until you sign up with them – which seems a bit backwards, so here it is:

- ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Signing Professional acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including Addendum A (Client Requirements), Addendum B (Signing Professional Code of Conduct Requirements), and Addendum C (Security Safeguards) which are made a part of this Agreement. Additionally, Signing Professional acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of an Order by Signing Professional for the services contemplated by this Agreement means that Signing Professional has agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Addendum A, Addendum B and Addendum C.
ADDENDUM A: Client Requirements
The following Client Requirements pertain to all Orders received by the Company and accepted by the Signing Professional.
Review any loan specific special instructions before beginning the signing, including, but not limited to, the signing confirmation sheet included in the document package, if applicable.
Call the signing party(ies) as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours from acceptance of signing appointment) to arrange or verify the signing appointment time, location, document delivery, and to provide Signing Professional’s contact information.
Once the appointment time has been arranged, the Signing Professional is not to change the date or time of the appointment, unless requested to do so by the signing party(ies). If the date of the appointment changes, the dates on the documents may need to be changed and receipt of new documents may need to be coordinated.
Be organized: Have the documents ready, make sure to carry plenty of black and blue ink pens (please ensure the correct color of ink pen is used as required by law or by the lender), and be sure that the signing party(ies) are seated in a setting that allows Signing Professional to speak to the signing party(ies) comfortably.
Please be on time for appointments. If traffic or other unforeseen issues arise that are expected to make Signing Professional less than 10 minutes late, he/she must call the signing party(ies) directly to advise them. If late arrival of more than 10 minutes will occur, then Signing Professional shall call both the Company and the signing party(ies).
Identification must be current for all signing party(ies). This requirement supersedes any state allowances that may indicate acceptable forms of expired credentials.
All documents must be carefully signed, initialed and notarized. All documents must be reviewed for appropriate signatures, acknowledgements, and correct dates before returning the package to Company. Please also verify that the signatures reflected on the documents match the signature shown in the signing party’s identification.
Please ensure that the signing party(ies) contacts the financial institution for accurate completion of the Wire Authorization Form. A copy of a voided check or deposit slip is not adequate or accurate detail as the routing number on a check or deposit slip is not always the proper routing number for a bank to receive wires.
Signing Professional should contact Company’s team referenced on the documents with any questions regarding the Order.
If Signing Professional accepts documents electronically, they must be printed correctly and in recordable form as detailed in the Order instructions.
Signing Professional shall comply with, and ensure that, all services are compliant with all provisions of applicable data protection laws based on the services provided. The use and disclosure of customer information shall only be permitted to the extent necessary to carry out Signing Professional’s obligations, and Signing Professional shall protect Non-Public Information (NPI) and advise Company of any breach of security involving NPI. If requested by Company, Signing Professional shall make any records associated with the services provided available for review by the appropriate regulators.
Signing Professional agrees that in the event any accepted Order cannot be fulfilled due to a disaster, emergency or other circumstances, Signing Professional will immediately notify Company so that the signing may be re-assigned in order to allow Company to continue with the completion of the order in a timely manner. Upon notification to Company of Signing Professional’s inability to fulfill any accepted Order, Signing Professional agrees to destroy and/or delete all records related to the accepted Order.
If a problem arises with a signing that is caused by Signing Professional (i.e., failure to notarize documents in a manner that allows them to be recorded), a follow up visit must take place within 24 hours of notification at the expense of Signing Professional with no charge to Company.
Under no circumstances should documents ever be left unattended. Always make sure the signed package is given to an authorized employee of Company. If the documents remain in Signing Professional’s possession overnight or over a weekend or holiday, Signing Professional must make sure the documents are secured in accordance with the Confidential Information/Privacy/Data Collection/Security section of this Agreement. …"
