Does anyone know of this company and if they Pay?
Are they a branch off from Secured Signing (which they have not paid for a signing from OCT)
I notice that the same title company that I was doing business with have now using Smart Seal & Witness, LLC. Secured Signings emails come back now as undeliverable and the phone number now tells you to leave a message. Any thoughts about Smart Seal & Witness LLC and Secured Signings?
