I received a call from Accountable Agents to do a signing in my area (Southwest Virginia). No information was given in the message about the signing…type, pages, number of notarizations, location… Does anyone have experience with this company?
Yes, have done a few over the last 2-3 years, last one in May, pay was average, paid on time, office staff was easy to work with.
They were always one of my favorite companies to work with. Met my fee, paid quickly, easy to deal with, no handholding…loved it

Of course, it’s always wise to research & vet a new client prior to providing a definitive confirmation to them for your initial Signing Order for them. A great start of research would begin within the Notary Cafe forums Search Function.
Most members find it difficult/nearly impossible to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of info available within the database.

I have worked with them many times over the years. They are great! If the package comes in large, they automatically increase your fee. They pay on time, and they don’t constantly harass you with repetitive emails and texts throughout the process. Highly recommend!
